Damn im fat.

I ran 3km on friday. And i almost black out. I was seeing countless stars. My chest hurts. My back hurts.

Its cos im fat.

I dun understand. I dun eat breakfast, i eat little lunch, little dinner. I have didn bring any snacks to camp.

But im faaaaat

76.5kg today.

Im 78kg during jc

And when i see the old pictures, damn im fat.

Reaaaaaalllllyyyy lazy to get my fat ass to go for a run.

But thats the only way to lose weight.
