Swimming is tiring.

After so many times, i still get tired after swimming. Very tired. No improvement 1. Maybe it really is very energy consuming. Or is it the chlorine effect? I gt bird nest to drink again =(. This is bad cos it means the bird nest sales is nt gd, den those gonna expire soon liao so no choice giv me drink. =(

5 month plan to lose 15kg.

1st month. ( the remaining days of jan include in feb together la )
  • Resume evening jog. Every... friday.. and/or sunday...
  • Swimming on wed and fri. Maybe sat too.
  • Sit-up-o-meter. 20 per day
  • Watch my makan. Vegetarian everyday. Cept on crispy chickan chop days =D.
2nd month.
  • *each month de aims stack*
  • Mon and tues mama fetch to skool and i run track for 2.4 ( hopefully if im diciplined enuff )
  • Sit-up-o-meter. 30 per day
  • Sat run to kway chap stall for breakfast. Den run home.
3rd month.
  • Wed run frm home to skool.
  • Sit-up-o-meter. 50 per day.
  • Mon and tuesday run 3.2
4th month.
  • Eh i dunno wad else liao. If i actually can maintain wad those above should be good enuff liao right?
5th month.
  • Pizza hut everyday =D

Ah i bet i 'll be successful. Maybe i dun need 5 months. 1 week will do the job!
