Curry

Ytd tried to cook curry and fried tou gan. Both were below acceptable, but i finished most of em anyway =D.

Alot of mistakes la. Like i nvr bring out the pork early, so nvr completely thaw i jiu put into the curry liao. Summore, meat should cook first before putting into curry =D.

Potato also, hard like rock. But pj western food de bread more hard.

Tou gan i fry it. Nothing else.

Only the curry itself was nice, cos jus add water + powder.





I duno i hw i cook tou gan into taupok. Really.

My bian tai mee best. Lvl up again recently. Now is can sell de standard liao. Muahaha. Maybe someday i post a step by step recipe for my bian tai mee here haha
